Born in the midst of the Iranian Revolution, my early life was shaped by war, political unrest, and the courageous decision my family made to flee Iran when I was just nine years old. Growing up in the UK, I learned to navigate the tensions between longing for belonging to arriving home. My path has not been linear. It’s been raw, messy, and deeply painful, marked by loss, rebellion, addiction, and ultimately profound transformation. The death of my mother and birth of my daughter became a defining moment that shattered everything I knew, yet at the same time, opened the door to a deeper sense of self-discovery and arriving home to myself. I hold an MA in Culture, Sexuality, and Gender and a BA in Leadership and Business from University of London. I am also an ILM accredited Coach and Mentor, and have a diploma in Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis. My academic journey, coupled with my lived experiences, fuels my unique approach to coaching and mentoring. My book, A Path to Liberation, offers readers a powerful reflection on freedom, identity, and the journey home to oneself, mirroring the very work I offer my clients. I don’t just talk about transformation, I live it. My story is one of resilience, depth, and radical self-acceptance, and I bring that same energy to everyone I coach and mentor. |
